OHH Community Consultation - The Holme and Homestal

We’re preparing to submit Reserved Matters planning applications – showing the detailed design, layout and landscaping for new homes and green spaces that are already approved in principle through the Outline Planning Application.

We asked for residents' views on two sets of detailed proposals:-

  • Homes at The Holme
  • Homes at The Homestal

These areas are all part of the wider One Horton Heath development, with the land already allocated for housing – we’re sharing the detailed designs and want your feedback either in person or online.

Our proposals include:-

  • 350 - 400 homes
  • A mix of affordable and private market homes
  • New parkland and play areas
  • Generous tree planting and sustainable drainage areas

Consultation now closed
The consultation ran from Thursday 2 October to Thursday 23 October 2025 and is now closed.

The One Horton Heath team is reviewing all feedback received and will publish a summary of the key findings in the coming weeks.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their views.
