OHH Community Consultation - Upper Acre, Quobleigh Breach & Green Spaces
We asked residents for their views on three sets of detailed proposals for the next stages at One Horton Heath, including new homes and green spaces.
Our proposals include:
Homes at Upper Acre
- 420 - 450 homes – a mix of apartments and 2, 3 and 4-bedroom houses
- A mix of affordable and market homes
- New parkland and play areas
- Safe walking and cycling routes
Homes at Quobleigh Breach
- 250–270 homes, including apartments and family homes
- Affordable and market homes, with options to rent or buy
- Green spaces for nature and play
Green Infrastructure
- Natural and semi-natural green spaces across the site
- Parks, planting and sustainable drainage areas
- Green routes linking homes, nature and future facilities
We’re preparing to submit Reserved Matters planning applications – showing the detailed design, layout and and landscaping for new homes and green spaces that are already approved in principle through the Outline Planning Application.
