Sport and physical activities suitable for young people
Friday Night Football
Informal 5-a-side football for boys and girls of all abilities, aged 10-16.
Price varies across venue (please see below), no need to book, pay as you go 49 weeks of the year.
Sessions generally consist of 5-a-side matches and led by qualified coaches, but content is led by participants.
All players must complete and return a registration form prior to playing. Those without a form on record will be not be allowed to take part.
Players are required to adhere to the FA's Respect Code of Conduct. Should participants fail to adhere to the expected levels of behaviour then we and partners reserve the right to take appropriate disciplinary action.

Hosted by Hedge End Rangers in partnership with SportWorks' Friday Night Football.
