We recognise the important role that landlords play in helping meet housing needs in the Borough. Whether you own one or two properties, or have a larger portfolio, we aim to assist all landlords to manage their homes directly or, if they want greater security, to take advantage of successful private leasing schemes.

Landlord's Forum - 12 August 

We are inviting local landlords to attend and take part in our first landlord's forum. This event is free to attend and will take place at Eastleigh House on 12 August 2024, from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.

The landlord forum is an exciting opportunity for landlords to come together to meet the Council's Housing Team and key partners. We are passionate about working in partnership with landlords to ensure the delivery of sustainable tenancies for both landlords and tenants. We are keen to listen and understand the needs of landlords so come along and share your ideas and views.  Find out more
