Sheltered Accommodation

Anyone wishing to apply for sheltered accommodation needs to complete an online application form through Hampshire Homechoice 
  
Not all the Housing Associations providing sheltered accommodation in the Borough are featured on Hampshire Homechoice and should be contacted directly. 

We have four Extra Care schemes - Fernhill Court, Laburnum House Rowan Court and Surrey Court. This accommodation allows older people to live their lives as actively and independently as possible in self-contained accommodation with a tenancy.  Care staff are on site 24 hours a day , seven days a week providing each resident with a specific package of care and support which has been agreed with Hampshire County Council.
