Ground Worker / Machine Operative

Salary:  £17,000 - £28,000 

Hours:  44 – 46 hours a week occasional shift work (inc. weekends / evening / bank holidays) 

Learning: Specialist training through college / training provider 

Skills:  Ability to follow instructions, physically fit & dexterous, calm, knowledge of health & safety, teamwork, communication 

Top tip:  Look for other job roles within a warehouse or on a construction site where you can learn about working with others in this environment and then you will have a better understanding of where forklift training is required, there are some funded courses available.
