Mental Health 

Solent Mind (including iTalk) 

Provide support and wellbeing to anyone experiencing mental health problems in the southern region. 

The Eastleigh Wellbeing Centre often organises groups and activities for young people – for up-to-date information, please contact the wellbeing centre directly.   

Solent Mind also provides italk, a talking therapy service offering face to face, over the phone or online support in Hampshire. The free service is available to those over the age of 16, through GP or self-referral. Find out more at www.italk.org.uk.

The Mix
