Steady and Strong
These classes are aimed at older adults who may be at risk of falling. The sessions are led by qualified Postural Stability Instructors who use evidence based exercises aimed at improving strength, balance, flexibility and the confidence and ability to carry out normal activities of daily living. Information is also provided on how to get up from the floor and coping techniques such as crawling and rolling while on the floor.

Low Level Circuits
This is particularly suitable for anyone with medical conditions such as cardiac, cancer and pulmonary. This low impact class which is instructor led includes a gradual warm up, a circuit including exercises for the upper and lower body and a gentle cool down with stretches.

An exercise class tailored for people with neurological conditions, such as Parkinson’s and those who have had a Stroke. This low level class works on general fitness, coordination, and balance. The class starts with a seated warm up, followed by exercises which work the whole body in a circuit format and a gentle cool down.
