The Council's vision
The Council’s vision is to deliver a sustainable, innovative and distinctive public art programme which celebrates the Borough’s diverse culture and heritage, engages its communities and engenders a renewed sense of pride and ownership.
We aim to support artists in their continued professional development by providing opportunities for exhibiting, training, mentoring and business support.

Exhibiting in Eastleigh Borough
The Point, Leigh Road, Eastleigh
The Point in Eastleigh is a centre for contemporary arts performance and participation at the heart of the local community and close to the town centre. The venue offers exhibition space for visual artists called 'Watch this space'.
Hampshire Open Studios
Hampshire Open Studios aims to promote the activities and sales of artists and craftspeople living or working in Hampshire. The sixteen-day open studio 'trail' gives people the opportunity of visiting artists exhibiting in their homes, studios and village halls. Most of the work is for sale, with the benefit of direct selling.
Greyladyes Arts Foundation
Greyladyes Arts Foundation (GAF) is a local arts centre with a global perspective which promotes cultural understanding through art and education, develops community cohesion through participation in the arts and builds relationships with artists and communities throughout the world.
The sorting Office
The Sorting Office is a vibrant creative studio home to 16 hugely talented designer makers, including illustrators, textile artists, jewellery designers, fine artists, and ceramicists. Opened in May 2013 by internationally-renowned designer Wayne Hemingway MBE, The Sorting Office is a place where creative things are made and happen and people see the world differently.
Training & Business Support
Creative Industries Business Advice and Services (CIBAS) supports artists and creative enterprises by providing one-to-one creative business advice, professional development training, events and opportunities. These services are available free to the Portsmouth and South East Hampshire based creatives, thanks to the support of Portsmouth & South East Hampshire Partnership, SEEDA, Arts Council England South East, and the University of Portsmouth.

Southern Entrepreneurs is an Eastleigh Borough Council project to help small businesses across Hampshire to start up and existing small businesses to grow and prosper. FREE membership is limited to sole traders, franchises and small businesses based in the boroughs of Eastleigh, Test Valley, Winchester, Havant, Fareham and New Forest. We offer FREE training, or just motivational and networking opportunities if you prefer - our aim is to provide or sign post to the most suitable solution
