Disruption to bin collections
Freezing conditions have caused operational issues
Due to the extremely cold weather this week, we are experiencing some operational issues with our waste and recycling collections. As a result, some waste collections have been affected from 6 January 2026.
We're asking residents to please leave your bins out and our crews will empty them as soon as they are able to. If your bin has not been emptied by 2pm on Saturday 10 January, please take it back in and present it again for collection on Monday 12 January.
