Unauthorised encampment at Lawn Road recreation ground, Boyatt Wood

The Council is aware of an unauthorised encampment on St Catherine’s Recreation Ground, Lawn Road, Boyatt Wood.
There are currently around 17 caravans on the site. They arrived this morning (Thursday).
Council officers have visited the encampment to request that the site is vacated. We are continuing to monitor the situation.
The Council is now following its normal procedure for dealing with unauthorised encampments.
