Recruitment under way for diverse Census workforce
Job centres promote roles for first 'digital Census'
Job centres in Eastleigh Borough are supporting a high-volume recruitment campaign to encourage a diverse workforce for the 2021 UK Census.
This will be the first 'digital census' of its kind and Adecco, the recruitment consultancy working for the Office for National Statistics (ONS), aim to ensure a diverse workforce in a wide range of temporary part-time and full-time roles at the ONS offices in Titchfield. Varying contractual periods and roles will be available, including supervisory and managerial.
Adecco/ONS are working hard to ensure they are taking the necessary precautions to keep the well-being of both staff and candidates as a priority, in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
To apply for one of the available roles you can find adverts on their website and using the same link there is a platform for you to register your interest to find out more.
ONS (the end employer) requires all successful candidates to be civil servants for the duration of the contract, therefore all candidates must satisfy the Home Office and Civil Service guidelines. Find out more here.
