Platform 4 Business
Platform for business offers advice for companies
Platform 4 Business Advice is a free service provided by the Borough Council’s Eastleigh Business Centre, based at Wessex House, to help companies with advice and information. Borough business may find it particularly helpful during this current period of uncertainty.
Increasing numbers of local companies have been using Platform 4 Business Advice - a free service provided by the Borough Council’s Eastleigh Business Centre, based at Wessex House - to help them navigate the ever-changing business landscape.
Launched at last summer’s Eastleigh Business Conference Platform 4 is a one-stop service supporting newly formed or established companies. Business people contacting the service will be able to chat live with a business advisor between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Outside business hours, users can post an enquiry that will be dealt with on the next working day.
Key features of Platform 4 include: access to Companies House and HMRC documentation, support for start-ups, downloadable business guides and templates, events information, and the latest business news. Users can also join discussion groups or even set up their own networks.
Businesses can register here. When registering users can also opt in to receive information from the Council about business support services, events, consultations, news and legislation.
