One Horton Heath - Further infrastructure upgrades coming
New improvements are on the way with an upgraded Hedge End train station path and a new pedestrian crossing on Burnetts Lane.

Work will begin Monday 17 February to upgrade the path between Bubb Lane and Hedge End train station to a 3-metre-wide shared foot and cycle path with new lighting for added safety. This project will take 8 - 10 weeks to complete.
The new Burnetts Lane pedestrian crossing is set for construction between Meadowsweet Way and Bramley Gardens in early March. The 4-week project includes drainage upgrades and minimal tree work to enhance safety while preserving the area's greenery.
These upgrades are part of broader efforts to improve accessibility and safety for all.
