The Point, Eastleigh, will be hosting two 12 week courses to help support mental health through the arts, with a street dance course and a course on creative sewing.
These sessions are designed to build confidence in people who are struggling with their mental health by encouraging and inspiring them to focus on their creativity.
One stitch at a time is a relaxed course in creative stitching that introduces participants to the therapeutic art of sewing. Each week is progressive and will help people to complete a personal project. The course begins on Tuesday 10 March for 12 weeks.
