Citizen's Advice's monthly Hamble outreach, held at the Council's Mercury Community Library and Hub for the past four years, has had to close due to low footfall. The decision has been made to divert resources to help more people.

Hamble/Netley/Hound residents' nearest walk-in help is now the Bursledon outreach at Pilands Community Centre, Mondays 10am - 12 noon.

Citizen's Advice Eastleigh would like to thank the volunteers who have given their time to support our community, particularly in the period immediately following Covid.

Annabella Crawford, Chief Officer of Citizens Advice Eastleigh, said, "It's a great shame that this service is coming to an end, but unfortunately footfall at this outreach was too low to continue. Hamble residents are still welcome to visit any of our other three venues in the Borough, or continue to call our freephone Adviceline on 0808 278 7862."
