Eastleigh Borough Council has welcomed a new tenant to a key property in its commercial portfolio.
Yunex Traffic, a global leader in intelligent traffic systems, has signed a lease for up to 20 years at the authority’s 1 Viscount Road unit, located at the Aviation Business Park, close to Bournemouth Airport.
The company develops and manufactures innovative technologies and services making mobility safer, more efficient, and more sustainable, helping move people, connect communities and support a more sustainable world. Their UK operations design, build and service a wide range of technologies for both national and international projects including traffic signals, enforcement solutions and intelligent software applications used by local authorities nationwide.
Yunex Traffic UK will relocate from two sites in Poole into the single 158,370 sq ft property. Completed in 2014, 1 Viscount Road is a purpose-built industrial/warehouse unit and offers excellent transport links.
