Council to hold Landlord’s Forum
Eastleigh Borough Council's housing team is inviting local landlords to attend and take part in their first landlord's forum. This event is free to attend and will take place at Eastleigh House on 12 August 2024, from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
The landlord forum is an exciting opportunity for landlords to come together to meet the Council's Housing Team and key partners. The Council is passionate about working in partnership with landlords to ensure the delivery of sustainable tenancies for both landlords and tenants. The Council are keen to listen and understand the needs of landlords so they welcome you to share your ideas and views.
The landlord forum will provide landlords helpful insights regarding the latest development of the Private Rented Sector project, the customer journey and how to support vulnerable residents, tenancy management and housing standards.
Council Leader Keith House said: "We know that private landlords play a fundamental role in the local housing sector, not just as property providers, but as pivotal contributors to our communities.”
"The Council is really keen to work with our local landlords. We can offer help and support to them in navigating the complex web of regulations and responsibilities that come with being a landlord and we hope plenty will be able to come along to our Forum event!”
Admission is free of charge, please register your intention to attend by emailing [email protected]
