Under the Homes for Ukraine Scheme, many residents across our Borough have generously opened their homes to host Ukrainian individuals or families fleeing the conflict in Ukraine over the last few months.

The situation is still ongoing and Mayor of Eastleigh, Cllr Adam Manning is supporting an appeal for more sponsors throughout all areas of the Borough. Sponsors receive a £350 per month payment so if you are interested in finding out more about what is involved or registering to become a host please see the link below.

Mayor of Eastleigh, Cllr Adam Manning said, “It’s been fantastic that so many local people have come forward as sponsors over the last few months.  However, we still need more sponsors, so if you can help I would encourage people to step forward to support those Ukrainians who are going through such a terrible time as they flee the devastating war in their country.”
