Artists showcase their new home
Eastleigh’s Sorting Office studios are providing local people with a special preview of their new premises as part of Hampshire Open Studios, a county-wide event in which arts studios open their doors to the public between 21-30 August.
Over the two weekends, local people will be able to meet the artists and browse their studios as they will be opening up spaces at the new studios on Station Hill, Eastleigh on Saturday 21st & Sunday 22 and Saturday 28 & Sunday 29 August from 11am to 5pm each day.
The artists will be exhibiting a range of products and services including,
Hannah A Boyd - Print maker
Denise Hughes – Illustration and hand-designed products
Helen McArdle – Historical costumier
Linda Miller - Machine embroidery
Rachel Reynolds – Interior textiles and homeware
Harriet Riddell – Textile performance
Hampshire Open Studios has more than 250 venues and will run from Saturday 21st August to Bank Holiday Monday 30th August 2021 throughout the county - bringing you the best local arts and crafts direct from the makers
