A pregnancy wellness event is set to take place at Places Leisure Eastleigh
Join their next wellness event for parents-to-be. It's an evening of support workshops, taster sessions and a wellness market.
Sessions include AquaNatal, Prenatal Fitness Pilates, Baby First Aid, C-Section Recovery, Ask the Midwife, Sleep Workshop, Hypnobirthing taster, Breastfeeding support and more.
Wednesday 4 June, 5.30pm-7pm (registration from 5.15pm)
