3. The Home Trust loan
Eastleigh Borough Council can offer a low interest loan for our residents to carry out home improvements, such as energy efficiency through our partners Parity Trust.
Residents aged over 60 can arrange loans on interest only terms, so that the capital and interest is repaid when the property is sold.
To discuss this option, contact Eastleigh Council's Environmental Health unit on 023 8068 8329 or visit Home Trust Loan
4. EBC Tree Grant

The EBC Tree Grant welcomes applications from non profit making groups within Eastleigh Borough including, schools, allotment holders, scouts and guides as long as the intended location is a shared space that people can regularly access.
