Electronic Billing for Council Tax
Bills and other notifications are available
via this facility together with the statutory financial information
and details of services, which would usually accompany the Council
Tax bill in paper format.
Benefits of E-billing
include:
- Environmentally friendly - e-billing reduces
the use of paper, envelopes, toner and inks along with the
associated delivery costs. This would therefore reduce the carbon
footprint.
- Customer Service - e-billing is the first
phase in a series of initiatives designed to further improve the
level of service we deliver to our customers.
- Security - e-bills are only available via your
e-billing email address. Unlike paper bills that could be lost,
destroyed or temporarily misplaced, e-bills can be viewed securely
online, 24 hours a day.
- Convenience - bills can be viewed securely at
one or more locations, such as home, at work or on a laptop.
- Unlimited Access - You can access your bills
24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- Flexibility - While viewing
your Council Tax bill, you have the option of printing a hard
copy.
If you live in the Borough of Eastleigh and
you would like to sign up to this service, please email revbens@eastleigh.gov.uk
with your Council Tax account number, or name and address together
with the email address you would like added to your Council Tax
account and we will register you.
Please Note:
- I agree to notify the Council of any change to my e-mail
address.
- Eastleigh Borough Council agrees to issue all bills and
notifications to the e-mail address provided.
- This arrangement can be cancelled at anytime. Notification of
Cancellation must be made in writing and will be effective on the
3rd working day after receipt of the notice by the Council. Bills
will then be sent through the post in the normal way.
