Assisted collection service
Find out what to do if you need help putting your bins out for collection
If you have any difficulties putting out your recycling, food waste, garden waste and / or household waste for collection due to a disability, illness or infirmity and there is no one else to help you, you can apply for our assisted collection service. This service is also available to properties with sack rather than wheeled bin collections.
We will collect your recycling, food waste, garden waste and / or household waste containers from within your property each week; household waste one week, recycling the next.
Assisted collection stickers will be placed on each recycling and household waste container and our collection crews will collect them from the agreed collection point.
All containers will be returned to the same location once emptied.
