Hedge End Wildern By-election Result  

 

Last night the Liberal Democrats won the By-election for the Hedge End Wildern Ward following the resignation of Cllr Emma Norman.

The results of the Hedge End Wildern By-Election were 

 

BURCOMBE-FILER, Ben   Conservative Party  263
CORBEN, Ian Howard Liberal Democrat  672 Elected
CROW, Terence Henry Labour Party 107

  

The turnout was 25.48%

 

The overall composition of the Council is now

Liberal Democrats  -  38

Conservatives       -   6        

 

There was also a Hedge End Town Council By-election. The result was as follows:

 

BURCOMBE-FILER, Ben  Conservative Party 161
DAY, Keith Philip   Labour Party   80
MORRIS, Clifford George Liberal Democrat                        380 Elected

 

The turnout was 26.5%
