Community Associations and Voluntary Groups

Chandler's Ford is very proud of the way that the community works together to support one another.  Nowhere is this more evident than with the three main community associations that exist within the local area.

Chandler's Ford Community Association operates from The Chandler's Ford Community Centre in Hursley Road (next to St Bonifcace Church).  NMDCA serves the residents of North Millers Dale and is a community association formed in 1998.  It operates a number of social events throughout the year and often meets in the community centre behind the Hiltonbury Farmhouse public house.  HCA primarily serves the people of Hiltingbury but welcomes anyone who would like to join and help with events.  They have funded their own premises at The Hilt (Hiltingbury Recreation Ground) and are probably the largest active community association in the local area.
