Local Government Transparency

The Council has prepared the following datasets as part of its requirement to demonstrate transparency in its financial arrangements.  The transparency agenda has been led by the government’s requirement for councils to publish data in accessible formats on their own websites and on the national data repository which is at www.data.gov.uk

If you have any questions about the data contained in the files below, please contact enquiries@eastleigh.gov.uk.

Credit Card Payment Analysis

The Transparency Code 2014 requires councils to publish details on a quarterly basis of each individual item of expenditure that exceeds £500. At Eastleigh BC we exceed the minimum requirements by publishing transparency information for expenditure in excess of £250 on a quarterly basis. This information has to published, as a minimum, within 30 days of the end of the quarter being reported on. We also publish details of all transactions on credit cards on a monthly basis as soon as the credit card billing information is available and expenditure has been verified.

This council has chosen to publish information regarding each individual item exceeding just £250.

Payment Analysis exceeding £500
