As part of This Girl Can Eastleigh, we have teamed up with The Point Eastleigh and renowned aerial dance company Gravity & Levity to offer women who live and/or work in the borough the chance to take part in the 9th annual European Aerial Dance Festival (EADF).
During the festival, which runs from Monday, 6th August to Friday, 17th August, you can join professional artists and practitioners at workshops in Hulu Hooping and Vinyasa Yoga. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside top trainers for a subsidised cost - and have fun and get fit in the process.

Classes run every weekday until Friday, 17th August at The Point Eastleigh in Leigh Road SO50 9DE. They cost £8 for a single session or £25 for a one-week pass (five classes).
