Our annual summer youth sport programme has begun!
Park Sport 2020 is funded by SportWorks as well as the Local Area Committees, Parish and Town Councils. It aims to provide opportunities for young people (8-16yr olds) and their families to keep active this summer.
The pandemic has had a significant impact on all our lives, and it's vital for us to look after our physical and mental health. To help your family do this in fresh ways, we are offering safe activities online and at locations across the Borough throughout August. They may not be in the same format as previous years, but we are adapting the project to be more flexible and largely free to help families experiencing financial hardship. We are also asking more new local activity providers and clubs to take part.
