Our aim centres around simple tips to build something healthy and positive into your everyday, so it's never been easier to Step Up For You!
Sign up to tips, inspiration and motivation to do that little bit more to be a little bit healthier. We're not looking for ultra-marathon runners or elite athletes, just to help support you to add more of the little things - besides, more often than not, they end up being the most important.
We know it's not just a matter of moving more, because your overall wellbeing isn't just physical activity (which is still very important!) but keeping social, feeling good and fuelling yourself well is also key. To reflect this, the emails have themes e.g. from home and work to diet and mental health, so whatever your lifestyle - you'll be able to pick out some useful ideas to take away and share.
You will receive around ten emails for a period of around two months. They will be tailored to your needs - but please ensure you complete the sign up correctly so you receive the tips and ideas most relevant to you.
