Get Active in Eastleigh with SportWorks

Eastleigh's Sport and Active Lifestyles Team are committed to helping local people work towards a healthy lifestyle. It is important to try to work towards being physically active for at least 30 minutes a day x 5 times a week. This doesn't have to be 'sport' but can include active lifestyle changes for example; walking the dog, gardening or using the gym.

Check out our 5 x Fitter brochure, which gives tips and advice on how to work towards being active for at least 30 minutes, 5 times a week, and incorporates a comprehensive facilities guide of what is available across the borough.
