Local development scheme

The Council is required to prepare a Local Development Scheme (LDS) setting out the timetable for producing or reviewing our Local Plan.

Our most recent Local Development Scheme was brought into effect in December 2017.

This LDS sets out the programme for the preparation of the Eastleigh Borough Local Plan 2016 - 2036. This plan has now been adopted.

The Council will be preparing a new Local Development Scheme for the next Local Plan.
