How will Shaping your Community feedback be used in Master Planning?
A master plan looks in more detail at the development itself and considers aspects such as the layout of streets and green space, the mix, type and tenure of houses, mitigation that might be needed for the specific site, the type mix and location of premises and the location within the development itself (put simply it is a development brief). We want to ensure that all the feedback that has already been given as part of Shaping your Community is fed into the process of developing the master plan, but we also want to gain more feedback from the community. In the meantime will be meeting with representatives from local parish councils to discuss in more detail the plans for developing this master plan.
