Join our team

We have embarked on a ground breaking project to self-deliver a new community in the Borough. We want to set the standards for best practice when it comes to new homes and place making. That’s why we have purchased a 310 acre development site where we will be both landowner and developer.

New homes are needed  both locally and nationally, they are simply not being delivered fast enough to meet housing need. We know we can help fix this. But this isn’t just about housing, it’s about the people who live, work or visit the Borough.  It’s about ensuring that we prioritise place over profit – delivering all the elements that are important to people, that help bring people together and feel pride and a sense of community in the place they live. It’s about looking beyond the development itself and how it can benefit and integrate with existing communities.

Health and wellbeing, the environment, the local economy and of course new homes with a variety of tenures will all be a focus of our vision for the project.

And this will all be delivered by Eastleigh Borough Council. Why not join us?

Some key facts about the site:

  • Two planning permissions already exist for 1400 new homes, 6 hectare employment land, new education facilities, new community facilities and local centre
  • The Council has secured grant funding from Homes England for enabling works and infrastructure delivery and will self deliver the whole scheme as master developer
  • Following purchase of the land, the Council has recently started a master planning exercise to submit a new planning application aiming for 2200 homes, that looks at the site as one.
  • The target date for completion is 2030
