An invitation into a journey of self exploration, guided and held by Ramani. Integrating ancient practices from yoga, qigong and natures cyclical rhythms. Using breath, meditation, mindful movement and deep restorative relaxation. Reclaiming these practices to welcome in more balance, calm, connection and vitality into our busy lives. Developing empowering tools that allow us to live with intention.
