If you’re feeling discombobulated come and discover the power of ‘nature connection’ and create powerful, positive, lasting change for your mental and physiological health.

Sonya Dibbin spent over a year studying to become a qualified Forest Therapy and Mindfulness Guide, so she knows the science behind the magic – it boosts your immune system, improves mental performance and increases your wellbeing. With a mix of guided meditation, sensory based activities and reflection, the experience makes it easy to let go of the little things and fully embrace the wonder of nature. Autumn is the perfect season to release what no longer serves and forest bathing at IVCP will help you do just that.

No previous skills necessary. Even if you’ve previously struggled with meditation or mindfulness, including nature really helps you focus and still the mind. Dress for the weather and bring 2 extra layers (this is not your average walk). Sessions go ahead unless it’s torrential rain or strong wind.
