Dance for Health and Wellbeing

Movement to music sessions with Louisa White of Joyful Jams. Social activity provided in an accessible, friendly environment. Sessions particularly beneficial for those with memory loss or other long term health issues. Held at The Point, Eastleigh on Mondays between 3pm and 4pm. Sessions cost £4

Passport to Leisure

This is a concessionary scheme at Fleming Park Leisure Centre for Eastleigh residents who are unemployed, on a low income, over 60, full time students or people with physical, learning or sensory impairments.
