For children aged 5+ with various disabilities and/or additional needs. The group is split into three age groups
and offers fun and exciting sessions in dance, visual art, music and drama.
The sessions are funded by Hampshire County Council’s Aiming High fund and are heavily subsidised at only £2.50 per session. Sessions run at The D@rt Centre on Tuesday evenings from 5.00pm – 6.30pm. We have been running for two years now for ages 8+ and now this term we are able to offer sessions for much young children, carers and parents are welcome to stay however all sessions are fully supported.
No Labels - No Limits support group for parents and carers of children and young adults with any disability or additional need. Run by parents for parents. Swimming - Eastleigh and District Sports Association for the Disabled (EDSAD)
We’re a friendly and informal club and offer swimming sessions for those with any kind of disability from 8-9pm on Tuesdays at Fleming Park Leisure Centre (new name Places Leisure Eastleigh). We book the pool/s for our exclusive use and companions or helpers are welcome too; a hoist and stairs are available to assist access to the water and swimming aids can be used. There is also the possibility of support from the Eastleigh Activity Buddy Scheme; we hold occasional social events too. A small club membership fee and regular swimming fees are payable.

We provide support to any young person 8-18 years old living within the Eastleigh Borough whose life is significantly affected by caring for a family member who has an illness, disability, mental health or substance misuse problems. We run youth clubs, organise trips and residentials, work alongside schools and provide one-to-one support when needed. We also have a young carers project (11 to 18 years) and run regular activity nights, trips, support in school and one to one support. Please ring for more information or to access support.
