Your chance to comment on proposals for new homes
Eastleigh Borough Council owns the Maple Place site on the corner of Chamberlayne Road and Derby Road, Eastleigh and is now inviting local residents and other stakeholders to comment on proposals for a new residential development on the site before the planning application is submitted. The site has been vacant since 2018 and this exciting scheme provides the chance to regenerate this location with local housing.
The proposed new residential scheme, that is subject to planning approval, seeks to provide 12 high quality one and two bed apartments and three bedroom homes with parking spaces for eleven vehicles to include EV charging. This is an opportunity to help meet the local housing shortage and the demand for town centre living with sustainable, healthy homes that meet the 2025 Future Homes Standard and provide access to local shops and transport links.
