Counting has taken place today Sunday 26 May after polling had closed in the last EU member country.
Southampton is the regional hub for the South East Region which is represented by ten MEPs (Members of European Parliament). Results for the Borough of Eastleigh together with results from Local Returning Officers across the region will be sent to the Regional Returning Officer (RRO) based in Southampton at the O2 Guildhall. The RRO will verify and tally the votes and declare the results for the region.
