We have signed the Time to Change Pledge, committing us to improve attitudes towards mental health, tackle discrimination and encourage staff to speak openly about mental health issues so they can be fully supported. We have developed an action plan which includes training for staff and managers, and information about sources of support and activities to promote good mental health. All our staff have a wellness plan which is a confidential discussion about their physical and mental wellbeing and what support may be needed to help the employee fulfil their potential and do the best job they can.
