We're a Disability Confident Employer

We’re proud to be an accredited Disability Confident employer – which means we have signed up to a national scheme that encourages businesses to remove barriers to employment for people with a disability, and promote greater understanding of the challenges they may face.
We’re committed to attracting candidates from all parts of the community - so if you have a disability and apply for one of our jobs, as long as you have the essential skills for the role, we guarantee to invite you for an interview. We will also make any reasonable adjustments we can to ensure you are fully supported both at the interview stage and in the workplace should you be successful.
We strive to ensure our working environment is comfortable and easy to navigate for all staff and our offices are fully accessible, with dedicated parking for blue badge holders.
Staff wellbeing is at the heart of our People Strategy and a key part of this is mental health wellbeing. We have signed the Time to Change Pledge, committing us to improve attitudes towards mental health, tackle discrimination and encourage staff to speak openly about mental health issues so they can be fully supported. We have developed an action plan which includes training for staff and managers, and information about sources of support and activities to promote good mental health. All our staff have a wellness plan which is a confidential discussion about their physical and mental wellbeing and what support may be needed to help the employee fulfil their potential and do the best job they can.
So, for all candidates out there, if you think you can excel at one of the jobs advertised on our Current Vacancies page (link) we’d love to hear from you.
