The Horton Heath Programme is not just about building houses while maximising the bottom line, it is about protecting and enhancing the environment, promoting health & wellbeing for all and building great communities for people to live, work, play and thrive.

Above all, we will look to you to maximise design efficiency and ensure strategic objectives are delivered.

About you:

You will have an enhanced level of technical and construction knowledge, including a good working knowledge of design standards, building regulations, planning guidance and the funding criteria relevant to the Housing sector.  You will also have a track record of delivering large scale housing builds and the natural ability to coordinate and focus multi-disciplinary teams an partners to get the desired outcomes.  Naturally, this will require relevant professional qualifications, strong negotiating and business acumen and of course the drive and determination to make things happen.

About us:

In return you will be working with a great team and an organisation that is truly committed to a flexible and enjoyable work environment. We are passionate about personal and professional development for all staff, offering exceptional conditions of employment including a defined benefit pension scheme, 30 days’ holiday, flexible working arrangements – plus the chance to make a lasting difference to the community of Eastleigh.
