About the role:

In this key role you will oversee the design and pre-construction process for the Horton Heath Programme and make certain that the project fully meets all legislative, regulatory and health and safety guidelines. Equally importantly, you will provide expert technical input into feasibility studies, value management, planning, surveys, construction decisions and sustainability issues, and will oversee subcontractors to ensure the delivery of effective design information. Above all, we will look to you to maximise design efficiency and ensure strategic objectives are delivered.

About you:

You will have an enhanced level of technical and construction knowledge, including a good working knowledge of design standards, building regulations, planning guidance and the funding criteria relevant to the Housing sector.  You will also have a track record of delivering large scale housing builds and the natural ability to coordinate and focus multi-disciplinary teams an partners to get the desired outcomes.  Naturally, this will require relevant professional qualifications, strong negotiating and business acumen and of course the drive and determination to make things happen.
