About the role:
In this important role you will provide day-to-day administrative and functional support to all elements of the programme management team, including collating, preparing, coordinating and distributing financial, technical and contract information, meeting management and third party coordination. By preparing, maintaining and progressing schedules of queries and actions your role will provide invaluable support to the team and help maintain focus, momentum and engagement of the team.
With a good standard of education you will have strong administrative experience with a proven ability to organise, coordinate and provide support to a senior management team. You will also have experience in collating and coordinating financial information, legal/technical documentation and very strong IT skills with in-depth knowledge of Word and Excel.
