The One Horton Heath project will be supported by the Support Services Case Management team. The team provides a range of back office support and advice to teams across the council operating on a Case Management system. You will work closely with members of the One Horton Heath team and your main workload will include document creation and management, customer mailbox management, meeting organisation and general admin support. A high level of accuracy is critical, and you will be required to demonstrate consistent levels of output against high demand. You will have the ability to juggle concurrent activities and will be required to prioritise according to competing deadlines and service requirements.

You will be a strong all-round administrator. Working to tight legislative timetables, you will need to be adaptable to changing priorities and have a flexible and positive approach to your work.  You should also be a team player who is enthusiastic and motivated. An ability to organise and manage your own workload is required. You will be confident in handling all aspects of day to day administration, including working with detail. You will be able to demonstrate your professional and proactive nature. Previous demonstrable experience in a similar role is desired.
