Your new role
We are looking for professional and well-motivated individual to work in our Parking area of the Case Management Team, who can provide high standards of customer service to our customers through the administration of Parking. Using various IT systems, you will process Penalty Charge Notices from the initial challenge to appeal.
We are a busy, friendly and inclusive team of around 50, with a lot expected of us. If you are able to learn new systems quickly, work diligently and deliver great customer service then we can offer training and support to enable you to work to your full potential.
The roles are open to those seeking full time or part time hours; for us the most important point is about having a good match with our values, behaviours and attitude to work.
A background in a Parking role is desirable but not essential. You will need to be willing to learn new systems and processes. With excellent communication skills you will have the ability to prioritise and have an inclusive and helpful approach as well as the ability to handle varying data and queries, remain calm and professional at all times.
You will use computer-based information systems for managing customer enquiries therefore proven ICT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly is essential in this role. This is a busy working environment so you will need to be resilient, adaptable and enjoy being part of a great team.
