Your new role
We have two positions available and we are looking for professional and well-motivated individuals to work in our Revenues/Council Tax area of the Case Management Team, who can provide high standards of customer service to our customers through the administration of Council Tax and Business Rates accounts. Using various IT systems, you will process applications and requests within these areas and liaise closely with customers to ensure an efficient, timely and helpful service.

We are a busy, friendly and inclusive team of around 50 people, with a lot expected of us. If you are able to learn new systems quickly, work diligently and deliver great customer service then we can offer training and support to enable you to work to your full potential.

The roles are open to those seeking full time or part time hours; for us the most important point is about having a good match with our values, behaviours and attitude to work. 

About you:
You will have a background in a Revenues/Council Tax role and be willing to learn new systems and processes. With excellent communication skills you will have the ability to prioritise and have an inclusive and helpful approach as well as the ability to handle varying data and queries whilst remaining calm and professional at all times.

You will use computer-based information systems for managing customer enquiries therefore proven ICT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly is essential in this role. This is a busy working environment so you will need to be resilient, adaptable and enjoy being part of a great team.
