Your new role
We are looking for a professional and well-motivated individual to work in the Housing/Homeless area of our Case Management Team, who can provide high standards of service to our customers and has a thorough understanding of the new Homelessness Reduction Act 2017. Using various IT systems, you will be confident in dealing with complex cases and requests within this area and liaise closely with customers to ensure an efficient, timely and helpful service.

We are a busy, friendly and inclusive team of around 50, with a lot expected of us. If you’re able to learn new systems quickly, work diligently and deliver great customer service then we can offer training and support to enable you to work to your full potential.

The role is open to those seeking full time or part time hours; for us the most important point is about having a good match with our values, behaviours and attitude to work. 

About you:
You will have a background in a Housing/Homelessness role and be willing to learn new systems and processes. With excellent communication skills you will have an inclusive and helpful approach. You will need to be able to prioritise and handle varying cases and queries, whilst remaining calm, professional and confidential.

You will use computer-based information systems for managing customer enquiries therefore proven ICT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly is essential in this role. This is a busy working environment, so you will need to be resilient, adaptable and enjoy being part of a great team.
