Your new role
We have a number of positions available and we are looking for professional and well-motivated individuals to work in our Case Management Team, who can provide high standards of customer service to our customers through the administration of a number of Council services. Using various IT systems, you will process applications and requests on a range of Council services and liaise closely with customers to ensure an efficient, timely and helpful service.

We are a busy and friendly team of around 50, with a lot expected of us. We particularly welcome applications from those with Revenues, Benefits or Environmental Health experience to help take us to the next level of efficient service delivery. At the same time, we also welcome applications from those with other backgrounds and experience which may be from either the public or the private sector.  If you are able to learn new systems quickly, work diligently and deliver great customer service then we can offer training and support to enable you to work to your full potential.

About you:
You will have a background in an administrative role and be willing to learn new systems and processes. With excellent communication skills you will have the ability to prioritise and have an inclusive and helpful approach as well as the ability to handle varying data and queries, remain calm and professional at all times.

You will use computer based information systems for managing customer enquiries therefore proven ICT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly is essential in this role. This is a busy working environment so you will need to be resilient, adaptable and enjoy being part of a great team.
