Download apps to plan weight loss, eat healthier, quit smoking, complete couch to 5k and more. There's plenty of online class programmes and support...so let's do this!

How to eat healthily when staying at home is tricky line to try and keep to, especially when you might be reaching for the comfort foods and drinks more than usual. You will still need healthy choices to keep you and your family healthy as well as maintain everyone’s immune system. It’s a good opportunity to also try new recipes to keep things exciting and fill the time.

It's so important to keep hydrated throughout the day, especially if you're feeling under the weather. Help your vulnerable neighbours with hydration guidance for older adults (65+).
