Funding is available for Eastleigh businesses through the Fieldfare LEADER programme.  The Fieldfare LEADER programme is open and accepting applications.

The grants are to support projects that will create jobs and economic growth in designated rural areas through small grants.  The funding will support micro and small businesses, farmers, growers, foresters, private and public organisations, voluntary and constituted community groups.

How much can I apply for?
Funding is limited and an average grant is likely to be around £10,000. The minimum amount of grant that we can provide is £2,500 and the maximum is £50,000. Projects seeking more than £10,000 must be able to demonstrate a significant benefit to the local rural economy through the creation of new jobs and improved financial viability and sustainability.

Grants for commercial projects are up to 40% of the project costs. For other projects, the likely maximum amount of grant support will be 80%.

Please see each specific theme fact sheet on the right hand side of this page. these set out information about what can be funded, how much match funding might be required and what we can fund

The funding will support micro and small businesses, farmers, growers, foresters, private and public organisations, voluntary and constituted community groups
